Our handcrafted Focaccia is made on our signature millet base of Jowar, naturally gluten-free and gentle on the gut, fermented slowly with our live sourdough starter for depth of flavor and better digestibility. Generously loaded with fresh jalapeños, onions, and mixed bell peppers, this bread delivers the perfect balance of heat and sweetness in every bite. A fragrant blend of oregano, rosemary, thyme, and chili flakes is infused into the dough and allowed to rest for 3–4 hours, letting the herbs and spices fully seep in and develop a rich, layered taste profile. We use only cold-pressed sunflower oil for a light, clean finish and Himalayan pink salt to naturally enhance every flavor. The result? A beautifully golden-brown, crisp-on-the-outside, soft-and-fluffy-inside focaccia that’s packed with character.
