Sprouted Moong & Jowar Sourdough Bread A thoughtfully crafted loaf made with a balanced 50–50 blend of sprouted moong flour and jowar flour, naturally fermented with our in-house sourdough starter. We use cold-pressed sunflower oil for gentle richness, pink Himalayan salt for clean mineral depth, and just a touch of jaggery — not for sweetness, but to beautifully support the fermentation and proofing process. What makes this bread truly special is the sprouted moong. Sprouting enhances nutrient availability, improves digestibility, and unlocks a naturally mild, earthy flavour. It also contributes plant-based protein and fibre, making every slice more nourishing and sustaining. Paired with jowar — a wholesome millet known for its lightness and gut-friendly nature — this loaf delivers both structure and softness with a subtle, rustic character. The slow sourdough fermentation further supports easier digestion while developing a gentle tang and a beautifully textured crumb.
